Runner Verification Standards

1. Overview
Mo-Nane field operators are reviewed before taking client verification work in Greater Accra. Standards may be updated as the service matures.
Verification reduces risk but does not eliminate all misconduct, mistakes, delays, or safety incidents.
2. Field operator standards
- Government-issued ID verification for field operators where required.
- Contact and reference checks where appropriate for the role.
- Training on proof standards, GPS capture, client communication, and escalation.
- Conduct rules and confidentiality obligations for errand information.
- Proof submission requirements for completed tasks.
3. Ongoing quality
We may suspend operators who violate proof standards, safety rules, or client instructions. Clients can report issues through support for review.
Background screening depth may vary by role and city. We do not represent that every operator has the same level of screening.
4. Limitations
Operator verification is not a guarantee of future conduct or perfect performance.
Clients must not ask operators to perform unsafe, illegal, regulated, or highly sensitive tasks outside platform rules.
