Service Limitations

Mo-Nane coordinates On-ground errands, lawful item pickup and delivery, and respondent-consented observation checks in Greater Accra through independent operators in Greater Accra only at launch. We provide software, matching, and payment flows—not legal, registry, investigative, or financial services on your behalf.

One home office in Greater Accra, Ghana. No branch, liaison office, or representative office outside Ghana.

Related on-ground tasks may be accepted only where Mo-Nane explicitly agrees in writing or through the product.

At launch, Mo-Nane serves Greater Accra only. Errands outside Greater Accra are not accepted unless Mo-Nane explicitly confirms availability in writing for that request.

We do not operate liaison, branch, or representative offices outside Ghana.

Lawful item pickup and delivery between locations, with proof of pickup, transit milestones where applicable, and delivery or attempted delivery.

Respondent-consented project and operations checks limited to observation, agreed questions, and reporting.

Respondent-consented family and loved-one checks limited to observation, agreed questions, and reporting.

Physical document pickup, delivery, and visual inspection where accepted.

Construction, site, and field reporting where accepted and lawfully accessible.

Mo-Nane does not handle cash, informal money transfers, or mobile money movement on behalf of clients.

Operators must not collect, hold, deliver, count, or exchange cash for clients.

Operators must not perform informal money transfers, mobile money transfers, or wallet-to-wallet movement on behalf of clients.

Platform fees and approved Paystack charges are not the same as cash handling on your behalf.

Mo-Nane's role is limited to pickup, transport, delivery, and proof reporting for lawful items you request.

You are responsible for authenticity, legality, ownership or right to transfer, declared value, condition before pickup, packaging suitability, and correct pickup/drop-off instructions.

Mo-Nane does not verify authenticity, legal title, quality, completeness, or market value unless a separate written proof scope is explicitly accepted.

Operators may refuse pickup or delivery of items that appear unlawful, unsafe, prohibited, or misrepresented.

Cash and cash equivalents.

Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.

Illegal drugs or controlled substances without lawful authority.

Stolen or counterfeit goods.

Hazardous materials without lawful authority and safe handling approval.

Live animals, human remains, or biological samples unless separately approved under clear rules.

Prescription medication unless separately approved under clear rules.

High-value items where Mo-Nane has not explicitly accepted the risk in writing.

Any item that cannot lawfully be transported or possessed by the operator.

Project, operations, family, and loved-one checks are observation and reporting services only.

The respondent must consent to participate. Operators may ask agreed questions and record visible, observable facts or voluntary statements.

Operators must not use covert surveillance, harassment, stalking, forced access, impersonation, or continued contact after refusal.

Mo-Nane does not provide medical diagnosis, welfare guarantees, legal conclusions, private investigation, or emergency response.

If a respondent refuses or withdraws consent, the errand may be paused, ended, or documented as incomplete.

Document-related tasks are limited to physical pickup, delivery, and visual inspection. We do not confirm ownership, registry status, or legal enforceability.

Mo-Nane does not guarantee queue position, office access, processing speed, or success with banks, schools, government agencies, landlords, hospitals, embassies, or private companies.

Mo-Nane is not liable when a third party refuses to release information or items, when offices are closed, when pickup or delivery contacts refuse cooperation, when respondents refuse consent, or when you lack authority or provide wrong information.

Service availability may depend on operator availability, safety, weather, traffic, office hours, third-party access rules, and payment confirmation.

Field operators are independent contractors or partners, not employees of Mo-Nane for every task. Mo-Nane does not guarantee outcomes beyond the proof and reporting standards described in our policies.
